Partners & Finances

Since the inception of SEED we have worked with a wide range of partners to deliver our projects. Funding partners have included American Jewish World Service (AJWS), ASOLanka, Basic Needs in Sri Lanka, Berlin Intercultural Exchange Program (BEIP e.v.), BMZ, Care, Cordaid, CCFD – Terre solidaire,  Danish Refugee Council (DRC), EIDHR, EvaReckit Trust Foundation. Government of Sri Lanka, GTZ, German Embassy, Halcrow Foundation, Hope for the Children, Kindernothilffe (KNH), Kurve Wustrow, Manitha Neyam Trustees (MNT), Medico International (MI), Necord, Norwegian Embassy, NFPO, Oxfam, Peace Support Network, Save the Children, Tamil Norwegian Help (TNH), UNDP, UNHCR, UNICEF, USAID, VSO, World Bank. As well as there are number of government departments such as Department of Education, Department of Health, District Secretariat, District Social Services Officer, Divisional Secretariat have been in collaboration with SEED along with the local government bodies.

We are also hugely thankful to the individual donors who support our work, particularly in relation to children’s development through education.

SEED has an annual budget (on average) of 50 million LKR at present. Annual Reports and Certified Audit Reports are available on request.
